Yeah I got disconnected and now I cant see any of my characters on any servers. Right before this happened I completed the to quest to unlock the void elves and it gave me the mount and quest completion but no achievement and allied race.

I can log in and it will bring up the realm list now but there is nothing there it says I have no characters but when I go to one of the servers I play on there they are but just can’t log into them with the “Character Not Found” error that everyone is getting
They said they’d give updates as soon as possible and that was over four hours ago.
well they have too give some information or a refund or something this is pretty bad
He gave an update 30 minutes ago that it’s being worked on but he’s going off for the night

The other worst part is I have 2 of my friends that are currently logged into the game right now and playing.

I loved the new character creation screen, but I cant make AR ones, and I have all of them unblocked.

This is awful planning.
saying the same thing isn’t an update.
I still can’t load any of my characters, getting “Character not found”. I’m just guessing, but thinking it has something to do with load. The new patch takes more CPU to run and everyone is trying to login at the same time. It’s hard to test and even harder to fix, which would explain why it’s taking so long.

I woke up at midnight after a very long day at work. 6 hours after the supposed release of the “PRE-PATCH” and i cant even log into my realm. Is it too late to refund this still? I don’ think I care about this game anymore.
im annoyed i cant get in cause of the fact ive been in the hospital all day getting spinal work done… would be really cool if i could actually play the damned pre-patch but ya know apparently not
as gamers I’m sorry if you don’t like it but this is bs, and they should have held it longer and let the guys do what the do best, already delayed i got it but if it’s not finished let them do it on there time. this doesn’t look like there time looks rushed.
