Log in every day or every 2 days, what happened to storing the password?

Has anyone found a work around for this insane issue with having to input your password in everyday or every other day for the blizzard log in, when you first log into WoW. Been back for a few months and its getting kinda old extremely fast !!!

I haven’t had to use my password since Idk when. Not sure why you are having to

Seems to be working fine for me. Under the app settings, with startup, make sure both remember login and keep me logged in are checked.

Also, you can check to see if the app launcher is up to date. I did have an issue with the app launcher updating the games, but not itself. Battlenet updates are below the settings in the app launcher menu.

We also just didn’t have maintenance on the battle net system not long ago.

everything under startup from launch battle.net when i start pc and minimize to system tray and remember login email and phone number and keep me logged in are already check. has been since day 1.

this has been happening since i came back a few months ago and a few friends are having the same issue as well. so its not just me.

Having a similar problem: Whenever my laptop goes to sleep or loses connection for about a minute, the battle.net app immediately goes into offline mode and says ā€œwe’re sorry, we couldn’t log you in with that informationā€, then brings up a prompt to put in my password.

…thing is, putting in my password in that prompt will cause it to just hang endlessly on trying to log in, so I have to close it, click ā€˜go online’ and then it’ll properly log in when I enter my password.

I’ve had a similar issue where exiting WoW on my desktop or waking it from sleep will cause the BNet app to act like I’m disconnected, bring up the login box that doesn’t do anything, and the only fix is to close the BNet app and relaunch it. O_o
