My thoughts are 100% me. with that said TBC normal flying has survived the test of time and why it has outlasted the shadowy crew that tried to remove it from the game forever over Memorial Day weekend back in WoD.
I shed tears as I watched the WoW community circle the wagons and defend TBC normal flying back then.
I smell something similar brewing for TWW and patchfinder shackles will be tossed aside once and for all.

Most everyone (like me) gets it done first week, maybe first day. I have both now and got to enjoy the storyline and zones.
What have you got now? Other than being miserable.

Yeah, and replaced by different shackles, like getting flight but flight being useless as they make oh, say, underwater zones for the leveling process.
The idea that more then just her are such.

Please stop this. People donât have to hate the disabled to not care about something or to be rude, or just plain callus. When you go here it makes it so much easier to ignore you and move on.
The amount of hyperbole on both sides of this argument is crazy, but this stuff is pointless and just pisses people off. Argue the points donât tell people they hate the disabled because they disagree with you on the importance of this point.
This is an inconvenience that is far greater for some people. You can surmount it, but that is a lame thing to do to people with disabilitiesâŚthat should go without saying. However, if you frame it as anyone against it hates disabled people you lose so much of the support you could garner and you are just being flat out wrong and cruel. Itâs incredibly rude to tell someone they hate disabled people, just stop it, and continue to push for the change.
That said the other side telling people to just suck it up is also incredibly rude, and ridiculous. The idea that inconvienancing a disabled person for the tinies thing in a game launch is just bonkers to me. Who cares if they get this? Who cares about the game design guys saying âitâs better this way, more dynamicâŚbut then once you get to max who caresâ.
Just push the speed bonus behind the campaign wall, and help some people out who are having the inconvenience. You are not evil for not doing it but you are being callus if you donât see that as something that could help out, and if you see it as something that could help and donât want to do itâŚyou gotta admit the idea of dynamic flight being more fun just doesnât make sense as a reason to do this. I mean if it is more fun then people will use itâŚthatâs it you shouldnât have to block this. This isnât forcing people with handicaps to dynamic flight, itâs forcing them to ground mountâŚfyi if we opened it up it wouldnât force anyone to stable flight either! So it just makes no sense not to.
This whole demonization thing is just ridiculous though and Moused you have gone too far multiple times on this thread. Itâs not right.

Compromise doesnât work because that is what was argued last time.
Truth is that PF should not exist at all. For the WoW community to heal we need to turn the page on that dark era of WoW.

What? What are you talking about last time? PF would be fine if it was just for a speed boost or some other thing, just not for something that has no gain to lock it (I can much easier see the argument for ground mounts vs flying than DF vs SF).
What compromise are you talking about here?

In my opinion, Blizzard does themselves a disservice with this decisions. Hard to enjoy the scenario when itâs zipping by you all the time getting from one place to the other.

I will never understand why people will just immediately start calling things by their rebranded names, Twitter, Sears tower, normal flight, dragonriding, combat rogue. itâs all so silly.

Or how about removing the cast time to switch? There are many options they can take to uncouple the ability to use steady flight from pathfinder but keep a reward that makes something better or easier to handle .
So you say, but maybe some of us would be more willing to help them out or be more sympathetic if they, maybe not sucked it up, but took more the âI am disabled and would appreciate some help withâŚâ. It might have gotten lost in the mess this thread it, but maybe we started telling them to âsuck it upâ because they started pulling the âyou hate disabled peopleâ after we just pointed out some factors, like it being ground mount friendly.

Pathfinder available at day 1 and just requiring the campaign completion + zones explored is a huge compromise. And you should be thankful.

Yeha, they should be thankful Blizzard, if they are really as spiteful as they are being made out to be, donât just take away steady flight at all or put it in, but monkey paw it BADLY.
