Locked out of account - You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete

I created a ticket for missing achievements (I have had this same main since classic re-launch) and am missing a lot of my achievements from Classic Relaunch (such as Ony Level 60 achievement).

The ticket said solved but my account has been locked & unplayable ever since. It’s been locked for like a week now and jus says “You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete”… However, I NEVER initiated a character update process idk what this even means.

I created a ticket 4 days ago asking for my main to be unlocked but have not heard back, as avg ticket times are now up to 7 days and 9 hours…

Can anyone please help? I already tried resetting my Battlenet password 3x…

  • You don’t need to make another post of this.
  • Resetting your password would do nothing.
  • If you made a ticket 4 days ago and the avg wait time is 7 then you should just wait the 3 days

Blizzard is trying to get you your achievements, they likely have it on the back burner in a queue and until they get to it you can’t access your account until they’re done.

It’s them giving you your achievements.

Just make a ticket asking for game time compensation.
