Definitely doesn’t sound addon related given what they described in the UI forums.

Getting load lib error on some fights

I get an Windows error tied to WoW called: load lib error After hitting okay and getting back to the game, most textures are now green and doing a /reload fails to load all addons.

RAM, drivers, or something hardware sounds much more likely.
