Are there any plans to improve raid scaling for smaller groups by adjusting mechanics rather than just scaling damage and health?
When the only change is health/damage scaling, smaller groups need significantly higher DPS/HPS to deal with (usuall) the same mechanics comparably to larger groups.
Examples: Grong add, Oppulence dispells, Conclave adds, Stormwall adds.

Hi! I absolutely love the way Zandalari and Kul Tirans turned out. The new models look fantastic! But with both races being roughly the same height as taurens, it’s a little awkward that their mounts are the same size as blood elves’. Are there any plans to scale up their mounts to match?
In previous discussions, you have mentioned how Naz’jatar will have a vastly different style for World Quests. Is it nailed down enough for you to elaborate?
Will Nightborne be receiving any additional customisation options? Compared to newer allied races, and even allied races released at the same time they’re rather sub-par.
Due to the “seasonal” nature of current WoW, getting good gear no longer feels great because everything just gets washed away by normal gear in the next tier (also doesn’t feel great since even after getting a piece I want I’m left wishing it “forged” better). Are there plans to add more “evergreen” rewards like artifact skins/mage tower appearances that we can continue to feel proud of for longer than 4 months?
Edit: I’ve thought more about this post and honestly WoW has been like this (with the catch up mechanisms) for a very long time. But for some reason it just feels so much worse in this expansion than ever before. Perhaps missing tier sets helped? Unsure.
I heard that 8.2 won’t include a Warfront, does this mean that the 8.2 PVP season will only include two different color tints of armor (not including the elite Gladiator set when I say that, given it’s the same coloring)?
Also, will the 8.2 War Campaign (assume it is continuing in 8.2) be tied into Nazjatar, or will Nazjatar have its own separate zone questline?
Are there any classes/specs that you feel were better designed prior to the big legion spec revamps, and would we see those classes play like they used to in future expansions?
There was a lot of criticism on the transition from Legion to BFA, with the loss of Artifacts making a lot of players feel crippled in ability and power. What are your thoughts on how to avoid a similar issue going forward?

Can we ever expect to see class design reverted to a previous state in future expansions? The request to revert class design to how it was in Mists of Pandaria seems to be a popular one.

Do you have a plan to cull or weed out underperforming talents? Several classes are suffering with options that haven’t been viable for a few expansions.

Because it would be ideal to use ‘hide’ on every gear slot, not to run around in your underwear mind you, and to be able to use every appearance regardless of class and armor type.
Can at least mythic raid groups get an option for using Master Loot again? There’s no reason guilds raiding at this level aren’t capable of handling their own loot distribution.
Can we please see reforging costs capped or removed? I want to play my class, not just one spec.
Can we see Master Loot reimplemented? Organised groups are struggling with random loot progression and most gear is going to waste before farming even begins.
