Instead of shutting down portals to make the world seem bigger, why not just make the world seem bigger. Like Incursions or Naga Invasions in the open world, including non vanilla zones. Or update holidays to new zones, like Brewfest in Pandaria, or update the old cities?
Why was warmode created when we don’t have the server technology to handle large scale battles?
Did you know that the MDI tournament is the same week as the new raid?
Currently, old zones from previous expansions become almost completely irrelevant. Any plans to reuse the zones or make them worthwhile to travel to? And not just a delivery quest here and there, but real content?
Why were some tools of the trade favored so much higher than the others? Free pots, flasks, cauldrons, and enchanting mats compared to every hour you can repair 1 piece of gear?
Currently, sub rogues are in a state where they really excel at nothing. The spec has many fundamental issues, including shadow blades being a relatively week 3 min cd, energy regen being tied to talents, limiting choice, along with nightblade being a very odd dot that has such a duration and low damage, but only put up as a damage modifier.
I’m sure the “new” necklace will bring forth a lot of things, but I feel sub needs the most help, and more importantly, an identity.
Can the Vicious War Riverbeast please get a /mountspecial animation like its counterpart?
Bee mount? Is that still a thing that’s happening?
is Alliance getting a mount quest like the Horde one?
Are you guys happy with the way the Prestige system is working right now in PVP?

I love the new Allied Races, but I have no incentive to play them because I already have one or more of every class and don’t feel like leveling up more of the same classes. I also don’t want to faction change anyone. I wish the allied races had more class choices and/or a new class was available. Any plans for either of these?

There are many times in raid where gear gets DE’d or vendored because the person who received it can’t trade it to their guildie who desperately needs it and they don’t want it themselves. Please consider bringing Master Loot back to 100% guild groups OR removing trade requirements for guildies.

As a Normal/Heroic guild who usually raids with 10 to 12 players (occasionally up to 15), we’ve noticed many boss fights (both in this exp and in earlier ones) aren’t scaled completely, making them harder for us than they would be if we simply had more bodies. An example would be on Blockade where the boss HP is reduced appropriately but the elemental HP is not reduced below 12 players (that seems to be the cut off). Dispels are another example on most fights, or the hallway damage/dispels on Opulence. Please consider when testing internally how future boss fights are scaled for raid groups of <15.

Guild UI Thread has been going on for 8 months and has about 3000 posts – why is it being ignored? Please communicate with us.
Gear progression is almost pointless at this state in the game. Can barely set foot in a raid and be at nearly equal gear to a heroic raider or in some cases mythic raiders. These “seasons” of gearing make us play the patch and not the expansion which is basically invalidating the rest of the expansion. Catch up mechanics are fine but when catching up is the same as gearing then it kills motivation. Is anything going to be done to provide meaningful gear progression in this game? Kind of sad that I can spend 2 hours a week in M+ (at most) and 6 hours a week in a raid and still get better rewards from the lower time and resource investment.
Along the same line is something ever going to be done about the aesthetic of raid loot. Loot tables in the raids are pitiful in size and everything looks the same for each armor type. With the removal of tier sets (RIP) there is nothing unique in raids anymore aside from a passive trait that has no impact on game play aside from increasing that dps number slightly. There was a time when you got your 8 piece tier set and it looked so good you stood on the Ironforge bridge showing it all off.
Finally why is it so necessary to constantly remove things from the game which aided convenience or actual fun (you have heard of fun right?). The portal change to make the world bigger just has caused afking on flights or even a lack of doing the content the portals were there for in the first place. Not exactly bigger when no one is going there.
Also, with the talks of a new active coming from the necklace, any chance that assassination could get Kingsbane back, or an ability like it? The ability really fit the theme and fantasy of an assassination rogue in Legion.
With the amount and quality of gear that is available from virtually all reaches of the game, we’re seeing a dip in both numbers and desire from prospective raiders to actually complete or continue to farm raids in general. How do you feel about this evolution of progression within the game itself? Do you think that this model is sustainable and/or healthy for the long-term?
Back in December 2016 a thread was made asking about the return of World Defense. After 2 years we haven’t had any updates, news, or even posts about any work being done for it. We were told that would be something that the team would like to bring back. Are we going to see it return or not?
When will we be seeing a class balance round? All 3 mage specs sitting on the floor and many other underperforming classes in desperate need of adjustment and not a peep from the blues on it.
If islands are to become part of the game, I think a hoarde type mode similar to Gears of War or Left for Dead, would be an amazing addition. I agree this may not come this expansion, but it would make islands more entertaining.
I am sitting at around 7000 islands run. I have found 5/9 mounts. This had not been a fun grind, and am about done myself.
Can you fix the Hati mount? Broken animations and the mount buff falls off all the time.
They don’t expect anyone to get 21k because they didn’t put the system in place as a straight gearing avenue. I can see that as it pertains to the straight M+ crowd the costs are extreme and prohibitive, and I understand your complaint.
But you’re not accepting the intention of the system, which is BLP and not gearing. It was never meant to be a gearing system, regardless of what Lore’s Nov 2018 post might have said.
The implementation of the system as it exists is a BLP system with prohibitive costs to ensure that players can’t straight gear up through it. Whether or not that’s what M+ players actually needed is at this point irrelevant. BLP is what you got, and the costs are reflective of that.
Will you be adding a vendor to sell the past season BFA pvp gear for transmog? Thousands of transmog addicts would like to know. Thanks!
Why is there still no pvp vendors? It feels really unrewarding when i RNG get a brand new 370 weapon from Arenas or BGs only to farm conquest and be stuck with another weapon until the next 500 conquest “points”. Where as with a vendor i could have spent those points say towards bracers or another piece thats much lower item level.
Do you feel it’s fair a class/spec has to wait an entire tier to see any changes? Why not throw them a bone and at least increase their damage by x% in the meantime.
Why can’t we cap titanforging to 10-15 ilvls and have it function the same as Thunderforging in Throne of Thunder? I feel demoralized when I kill a Mythic boss and then get the same ilvl drop from an Invasion. We used to have a form of player agency mixed in with RNG. Now we just have RNG.
