Is live chat support gone? (ive tried different methods to get it to pop up. nothing.)
Trying to contact someone and I am not seeing live chat.
Ill ask here… I ordered a physical CE. it hasn’t shipped. Not sure why they offer to email codes and void the one in the box… that would have made sense so you would have annoyed customers when they cant play with there friends…
But I was wonder if I could just buy the digital regular edition so I could play and then get refunded even if its store credit once I put in the code form the physical CE edition.
Livechat support is temporarily moved to ticket support to reduce queue times.
Edit: As Cyntaria said, for Gear Store issues you’ll have to contact them and not Blizzard. There has been some physical CE problems lately like busted boxes, missing keys…

Live chat is temporarily suspended because of the large volume of tickets. All GMs are currently working to reduce that queue. But, even if it were available, your issue is with the Gear Store which is operated by a third party other than Blizzard and you’ll need to contact them. There should be a link on the Gear Store support page and I believe they do have live chat.
