Covid-19 has impacted a lot of services, Live support is one of them. Most of the GMs are working from home. From what I understand Live chat and phone services are gonna be limited for the time being. If this is about your suspension, Live Chat won’t help. The only avenue for appealing is via a ticket.

It’s difficult to say Monky. If it does become available, it tends to fill up quickly and then has to be closed again.

it never seem to open to begin with, they decided to close them out sense they did the mass banned a few days ago.
Since Live Chat is not the appropriate channel for an appeal, Monky, that wouldn’t have any impact on channel availability.

I guess you are ignoring what was said. Live chat cannot help with your suspension. Did you ever do that audit of your computer like was suggested a few days ago? I’m still thinking your room mate is being less than forthright on what being installed on the computer.

Whether they are or not is not relevant though.
They cannot help with your appeal, overturn it, or frankly discuss it. They do not handle it. The ONLY way to have it looked at is to file an appeals ticket.
Have you talked to your roommate about some software that may have flagged this? I would also like to point out, I got the impression the software did not need tk be running. Only present and detected. If I am wrong I assure you a SFA will clarify.

It might be, but with the new expac launch today, don’t be upset if you cannot get into the limited queue. Also, you ARE ignoring that live chat cannot help you with your issue.

If you are unsure how to do a computer audit. Go to your Installed programs list in windows and uninstall anything you don’t recognize, then go to your task manager and kill any suspicious processes. If you are the owner of the computer, your roommates have no say in the matter.
I did read. They also have been open some since the ban wave. Just not on the weekend.
