Every time I try submitting a live chat ticket I get that error.

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cookies and cache or tried a different browser, Andordrian?

You may also see if you have any security programs that might be blocking it.

I have tried both opera & edge so far and got the same issue on both.

Actually, it looks like there may be an issue with the ability to submit a ticket at the moment. It is being looked into.
