Totally broken can’t link quests into chat, just randomly links ones out of your book instead of what you shift click.
I dont think you can link quests.
Questie is what lets you send links to chat and interact with them.
Questie also updated around 30 min before or after(i forget) the pre patch launched, so maybe you need to update? Just trying to help.

There’s also a note/warning from questing when you load in that says something about a Blizzard UI bug, so it has to display the quest log as hidden… I may need to update though, too. I got mine from GitHub a little after launch, and just checked out the v7.0.0 tag.
