Lightforged Draenei Monks

Why is this still not a thing in 2020?

Every other race can be one.

Void elf and Zandalari got it before them.

As well as Orc and Forsaken.

Let that sink in.

im guessing its a lore meme

since they’ve literally absolutely gone wild with the light they can’t reach their inner peace or whatever.

Being devoted to the light should not prevent you from giving out a karate chop or a roundhouse kick.

Maybe they lose their chi when their bodies are reforged with Light. Or are unable to achieve inner balance.

That would mean The Void and Death are more peace friendly than the Light.

Sylvanas was right.

I don’t think LF Draenei can canonically tap into the void to become shadow priests, actually.

What is supposed to sink in here

All the races i listed are very unlikely to have the inner peace monk mindset.

And Zandalari? well… i find it hard to believe the pandas would teach them based on past history.

Well that doesn’t really make sense when the Void Elves and Forsaken can also be monks.

The most likely reason lorewise is that the playable LFD was a member of the army of the light and just arrived on azeroth, so there is no time frame to teach new monks.

Then non LFD shouldn’t be allowed to be monks either.

Monk not being available to all races and allied races at this point is a meme.

Maybe they where in space for too long and didn’t get a chance to be taught yet? Can be fixed by making the army of the light diversified in my opinion.

There’s really no valid lore reason that Lightforge Draenei cannot be Monks.

There is a difference here.

Regular draenei crash land, Mojo is around and is like: This guy knows how to punch, canni train him?

LFD is like: fighting the legion for thousands of years and just right now joined the alliance and is filling its ranks to war.

Of course, they could just add a pandaren in the Xenedar teaching new lightforged draeneis, and it was a weird decision, but still can be explained. I want LFD monks

Explain Mechagnomes, Void Elves and Nightborne which the same logic applies?

Mechagnomes is weird to say.

Nightborne have a Pandaren teaching them in the starting zone.

Void Elves were blood elves, so they could be monks prior to the transformation

This is my point. None of that makes zero sense what-so-ever.

People are just making up random things to justify it.

I suppose it is possible as one of the activities were controlling two draenei ghost monks but that tradition likely perished when the Legion arrived.

I agree that makes no sense, and i want LFD monks, as i have a bunch of monks already, I’m just thinking of the most logical reason lorewise for the case.
