I mean cuz since day 1 of the occupation there were videos from the event of people waving supremacy flags and what not, plus you can track where money donations are from, you know this right?
When they switched to the much less secure donation website the information was easily found out
Amazing how people forget that the connections were made long before the idiot in charge said anything about the protests
Anyway, this has nothing to do with the thread, just people wanting to derail
I do see your point, it may have seemed hopeless while simultaneously greatly impacting the economic situation of those Truckies (and their families) that were genuinely impacted however my opinion varies slightly.
I think that we can never make unbias decisions while so personally impacted. I know the whole âgreater goodâ mind set is seen as evil or whatever but like⌠I appreciate the caution and honestly, how scientific that mandate is, for the greater good.
It sucks for those impacted right now (present day⌠not like⌠right now), alot of little changes (and massive changes) that we need to make in the near future will suck alot more for alot more people.
Mandates like this are trying to lessen the immense, truely incredible pain we are going to go through in the near future.
Covid was just the start dude⌠viruses will be aplenty soon, many of them not seen by our immune systems ever (perma frost melting which contains viruses, increased human/animal contact due to overpopulation, unsanitary conditions world wide, etc). Add these to global food shortages, the rising sea levels (particularly destructive to the islands around Australia), geopolitical tensions⌠can we just⌠do the science thing without raging against the machine for a few years?
See now thatâs a thought I always found interesting
Like, on one hand there is the small potential some frozen virus would have just been in long hibernation and swing back with a vengeance to spread more
Oorrr, due to the fact our immune system is basically an arms race against any virus and bacteria, would our immune system just absolutely demolish anything this ancient virus because our system is so far advanced and they never had a chance to grow and evolve around what our systems can do?
Thats actually a thing, our immune system could defend us against all of them, they arenât sure yet, that Iâm aware of. I read a few studies that suggested a few of the viruses found (one specifically found in caribou faeces(?), which i remember for some reason ) could greatly impact our food chain. (Edit: Yet another argument for greater research into GMOâs, imo)
Decimate is possibly. On the other hand, who knows, could force adaptation, in a positive way. Thereâs an answer to every question if we care to poke it enough
Yes maâam! Kangaroo Sam reportin for duty
Edit:⌠My name isnât Sam⌠nor do I own a Roo, for clarity
Yeah, I was talking about what happened to a large number of people in a very large corporation. Iâm not a factor here because I am neither Transgender nor am I anti Transgender.
More than hurt they have big, dagger like nails on dem toes. They can be savage buggers. The ones that wander into towns (that you hear about) arenât people shy, so they (while still puttin people into hospital sometimes) dont attack as much.
The ones in the outback arent used to humans and get more territorial/scared, they drag down when they kick too, the buggers, to cut bellies
Edit: Not like âWatch out, every roo will kill yaâ. More like âDont get too close or you could be walkin in ya guts soonâ the could be is important
Edit 2: Plus, they kick REALLY hard, like⌠bone breaking, while they balance on their tail xD
Theyâre opinion pieces. Why would I agree with them? Why would you for that matter? Youâre reading a tabloid thatâs telling you that bigfoot is real, and then youâre telling me that bigfoot exists and that you totally have the proof.
Even your opinion pieces admit that the protests started over vaccination obligations.
Or rabies.
Angry raccoons arenât an issue. Friendly raccoons are the ones to be scared of.
Oops, this was supposed to be a new post. Oh well.
Reminds me of racoons around here. The city ones are pretty tame and are just trying to find food. They generally donât attack unless there are babies.
The wild ones will attack you / try to get into your house. We had an issue with them literally tearing off a section of roof and getting into the attic when I was a kid. Dad wasnât happy cause he had to repair the roof lol.
They carry rabies and other diseases so if you get bit, itâs mandatory to go get a rabies shot.
