I’ve never been to any medical professional for being gay. Though, i wouldn’t be surprised if we get tested more often for STI’s. its pretty normal for gays in hookup culture to test them selves regularly.
trans people do go to the doctor though for their identity. as the have medical disorders such gender dysphoria which can be coupled with body dysmorphia. two things i wouldnt wish on anybody.

As for gays, Id imagine mental health is more important since being gay as a mentally healthy individual isn’t going to increase your chances to get sick with we.

Why do we need a thread talking about sex options in a children’s game forum?
Have you actually read any of the posts? Sex is probably the least discussed thing here. It is primarily about identity, not just what gender preference one has for partners but also for what identity one has in relation to gender. It is about game role models and representation as most of us like identifying with some characters in a role playing fashion, even if it is purely head canon. In this sense it is very much about WoW.
Well, doesn’t change the fact that this is a PEG-13 game… Anything sex related shouldn’t be here at all.
