Just because a person doesn’t believe in your lifestyle doesn’t make it a phobia. If that person speaks against you in a harmful manner than so it is, however people have a RIGHT to their opinions. if they respect your lifestyle and or you, but not accept you lifestyle choices it is their RIGHT to do so, and does not make them a phobimc person.
