You gotta go in with the right expectations/attitude.

LFR is gonna FLR:

If no one explains the fight ahead of time, thereā€™s a significant number of people in each raid that are there to learn the fight as they go. No they will not watch the fights ahead of time or even read the adventure guide, it is what it is. The % of people who have yet to learn it is pretty big in the first few weeks.

So either step up and explain it and have a good chance or donā€™t complain at all.

Thereā€™s just as many people who donā€™t prepare as there are people who like to complain but are unwilling to explain.

Also, LFR does cannot willingly wipe after things go southā€¦itā€™s always a painful descend.

So with 10 stacks of determination we defeated Nā€™zoth. And there was no body or anything to loot, and also there was no cinematic. GG.

The trouble is people do not listen even when you try to explain things and they should be watching the fights on youtube and reading the encounter journal at the very least so they can progress on normal and heroic.

Sure not everyone listens but itā€™s a numbers gamesā€¦Your chances go way up when someone goes through it ahead of the pull.

Iā€™m guilty of not doing it sometimes too, that is just what Iā€™ve seen in the past.

A lot of people in there could give two you know whatā€™s about Normal raiding, just simply not an inspiration for a lot of folks.

That really is a smart play from blizzard. They clearly already have seen a drop off in people caring about the visions content seeing as theyā€™ve loosened the restrictions greatly. Leaving the mind control in might very well intentional to get people to actually do the new content :thinking:
