LFG isn't an Addon, It's an Exploit!

But they don’t. You can’t go get a pizza and have your toon just sit there and continue targetting mobs and casting spells. You have to engage the macro each time.

You know they don’t? I think you’re arguing just to argue now.

Dont worry guys I’m building a LFG bot for discord

So you are saying if I log into classic, this addon automatically invites me instantly?

It doesn’t matter. If Blizzard doesn’t want this in the game, they have to prevent it from being in the game, or it will be.

It doesn’t matter if most people use the new version. If they view it as an exploit and it can be used, it will need to be broken.

No, but from what I understand, you don’t have to be at your machine for the addon to continue playing your character, spamming chat and getting people into your group.

You’re not even making good arguments anymore.

Come up with something worth responding to and maybe I’ll continue discussion.

How is an API that’s worked for 15 years, and how have we discussed this very topic on here for 18 months, an EXPLOIT? That’s just childish and silly.

does the addon run the dungeon for me too?

Ok, Mr.GitHub who doesn’t know how it works.

You keep using the word “exploit”. It’s not an exploit, it just puts all the info in one place instead of it being all over the place.

Except when the people in your group realize you’re afk and you’ve just invited 4 warriors because you have auto invite on everyone starts leaving.

Why is this post flagged and hidden?

This community is being invaded by retail BFA players. I am worried.

Then make your argument that the auto-invite feature isn’t an exploit. Don’t try to act like them viewing it as an exploit (or even something they don’t want in their game) and leaving it alone because “most people auto update” is anywhere near a legitimate argument.

people are acting like the auto invite is supposed to be an advantage, I would never want to auto invite someone to a dungeon group

Doesn’t know how it works?

But I made it personal again, and I apologize. I removed the remark.

Lol.
You use twitch and update one at a time or you manually download and update? Just curious.

I don’t know about 0.
I’m sure some noob might or a troll might to get some laughs but most are mot going to fill a group blindly. As I said this was a Vanilla lesson. Group comp means something. Good luck to those letting fate handle their group comp.
Oomkin, resto druid, bear tank, feral druid, and a shadow priest might be the group you let blindly fill. Good luck with that.

Let em break the auto group. The author said he was removing it. It’s not even optimal to use auto group.

I don’t update all because I have changed several of the addons I have downloaded. I have several set to never update, because any update would overwrite the modifications I made.

Could easily do the same if I didn’t want this newer version.

Auto invite isn’t an exploit. There were addons in Classic to assist raid leaders to auto invite people to group upon whispering to them a key phrase like “inv” so they didn’t manually have to invite 40 people.

This is using that exact same functionality…

IF the addon is any good, it will have filters that will let you exclude specs and classes you don’t want in your group finder bot.
