Made a post as a tank for a dps and healer, waited an hour and got a blood dk in defense rating gear and a resto druid who couldn’t heal Halls of Stone heroic. Wiped on Krystallus 3 times then finally left when I died to a 3 mob pull. No one else on my dead server because everyones on a mega server. (benediction L). RDF still a bad idea right?

Don’t worry, they’re gonna come in here and tell you to transfer to a mega server if you can’t get a group and its your fault for being on a dead server. Then they’ll go to threads about queues and tell them its their fault for being on a mega server and they should transfer to a dead realm. Don’t expect logic from these clowns.

I think you may be doing it wrong if you just sat there waiting and only “got a dk”
If you’re forming the group, you should be constantly refreshing the LFG list and inviting people out of it. If you don’t see anyone you should be posting in LFG chat.

This can’t be true. I was assured its the same as RDF and I just have to queue up and I’ll get invited. Now somebody else is telling me we have to spam LFG chat? So which is it? Because it seems that its both depending on whats convenient at the time to defend it.
i assumed because why would someone reply with a not max character if it is available

It’s an order of operation my friend, I know it’s complicated to understand because there are two whole steps 
If there is no one in the LFG list, you should post in LFG chat.

Nothing lazy about it, I am here to play WoW. If I wanted to spam in a chatroom I wouldn’t need to load up a game.

You don’t have to but you need to understand that the pools of players are not always overlapped. Some people only use LFG chat, some people only use LFG List and some people use both.
If you’re bored of waiting for one, try the other 
On my server it’s a non-issue, LFG has plenty of people in it, but not everyone is on a big server.
Except this LFG tool is not from when you were a kid, its a crappier version of the retail LFG tool that doesn’t work nearly as well. So how does your experience from years ago help with the use of this tool that only officially launched a few weeks ago.

Clicking a button and hoping to magically get invited IS lazy enough… Ask for invites or u know u can MAKE YOUR OWN GROUP and actually do something and don’t expect others to do the job for you

The tool is garbage although I don’t like RDF as an option.
The servers are a mess, the population is miss managed, quests are buggy as hell and the server is overwhelmed with Bots.
Blizzard devs spend more time being woke activists on twitter than they do managing their game.

I’ve used it to do all my WOTLK Normal dungeons I wanted, and every day I do H World Tours since day 5 of WOTLK without any issue.
