[H] Steel Dragon 6/12 M 7-10 EST Tu/Th LF weekend raid leader to help organize supplemental heoric raid team. Core team is semi-causal mythic raiders attempting to bridge busy weekly schedules with mythic raiding, as such time is short to organize alt/bench team. The expectations for this position would be to simply supervise a 3-4 hr Saturday or Sunday raid team of pre-vetted raiders that are either being trialed or currently on the bench so that they may continue to gear as main team continues to work on progression. All guild resources provided including consumables and repairs in return for your services. We envision this as a win win to help us with recruiting efforts while you get to run raid to your liking in a low stress situation as all guild needs will be provided for you.
