The Storm Glaive is recruiting – we’re not military but we do have the action/adventure part and we do sometimes fight the Horde. Our guild ranking structure is just Trader, Researcher, Marine, or Explorer on entry, and then either Adventurer or Specialist if you rank up. After that you get into the actual guild officer ranks. You could join in one of those first broad categories (Trader etc) and maintain the Master Sergeant rank as your character’s rank in a different military organization and be traveling with us for reasons.
