Hi all,
My name is Myris, and I am looking to form a CE Morning raiding guild, and begin recruitment ASAP so that we are mythic raid ready by raid release in November. If this post interests you and you can only raid in the evening, Late Late raiding is an option as well. (9-12AM, 10-1 AM, etc, Pacific Time)

At this moment I am simply looking for a partner/officer to handle raid leading affairs. I will handle the day to day running the guild.
For example, I will handle:
- Keeping up with guild recruitment (Specifically recruiting mythic mindset raiders that want to raid in the Early AM)
- Handling Drama decisively *
- Recruiting able officers / leadership to help out in both mine, and your role of raid leading. (For example, a healing lead officer if necessary)
- Managing our Discord Server.
- Managing guild events such as M+ teams.

- This includes any and all drama such as handling flakey players, motivating guild members, conversing with guild members when issues arise, etc.
Essentially I will be shouldering the administrative aspects of running the guild, so that come raid day we have a team of 20 players that are ready and able to progress in mythic, making your job as raid leader / officer a little easier.
I am someone who takes the game pretty seriously, min maxing at every step of character progression and mythic progression, checking logs, spamming M+ / IO score off raid, and would be specifically recruiting players with a similar mindset. I personally will be raiding on a DH or Mage.
I have been apart of many guilds and realized that one of the main issues with CE guilds was recruitment. Many guilds will recruit players that only log on for raids, and completely ignore M+. I have noticed that the best raiders in WoW also grind their M+ IO score. (Not a hard connection to make, but still) So my aim in terms of recruitment will be to bring in players that take both M+ and raiding seriously.
For this reason, I believe if I have a partner that will take the mantle of raid leader, we will be successful in not just hitting CE, but hitting it early in the tier
I personally have guild leading experience back in Legion Tier 1. Our GM kept postponing raid days due to personal issues, even though we had 20+ players online. Slowly people started losing motivation and started gquiting, so I reached out to the 15 other players and we all decided to form a guild (much to the dismay of our absent GM) with me handling administrative/recruitment issues as GM, and myself and 3 others raid leading.
We were successful in tier 1 in terms of recruitment and motivation, but I felt we were lackluster in the raid leading sense. (It was a little scattered, with me and a few officers all raid leading)
Why should you partner with me for a new morning mythic raiding guild? Few reasons I can think of,
- You want to raid early in the AM (6-9 AM PST, 3 days a week)
1a. You want to raid late nights (9/10-12/1 AM PST, 3 days a week) - You want to co-lead a guild as raid leader
- You don’t necessarily want to handle the administrative tasks of leading a guild (My tasks)
- You want to be part of a Semi-HC guild and hit CE , but with a laid back and fun environment. Yes we want to progress and hit Cutting Edge, but not at the expense of killing the fun environment.
Willing to go alliance or horde, on any server as long as the raid population is in the top #3 so that we have a pool to gather people from.
