is there a way to make a Macro

That cycles between party 1/2/3/ everytime i hit it?

almost like tab targeting but for party?

Could you not in theory have a cast sequence macro? So say its druids rejuv. 1st press @P1 2nd press @p2 3rd press @p3 reset=10. But obviously with all the /castsequence mumbojumbo in there.

Thats what i was trying to do. but i cant figure it out necessilarily. but targeting isnt a “cast” per se to have a castsequence

I like the idea of saving space by only needing one bind, but ill throw my 2 cents in.

You absolutely will run into a situation where you need to target a specific person immediately. Lets say its party 2. You hit your magic macro 2 times, and the delay means you lost. Or, god forbid, you hit it three times, and you now have to decide to click their frame or hit your macro another 2 times. In either case, i see it causing more issues than it solves.

I have all targeting binds on mouse wheel. Up is enemy 1, click is enemy 2, and down is enemy 3. Shift modifier on the same 3 targets my party. Do whatever is comfortable for you but thats how i run it.

This is valid, but I think a useful counterpoint is that wow PvP generally moves in patterns consistently enough/far enough in advance that you can account for the input slowness by just changing your target ahead of time

Yeah, I add wiki.gg to searches on my phone; on my pc I use the redirect extension
