LF help with free transfer, please

Hi CS, can someone walk me thru the free transfer which I hear is available for Frostmourne Alliance? I have looked in the Shop via Battlenet Launcher while being logged onto my FM char but there is no extra button for free transfer showing.

(Is this something only available via the in-game shop because I have disabled it via parental controls - and forgotten my email password to be able to update it)

If this service is available on your realm, you’ll access it in the Services section of the Shop on your character selection screen for that realm.

go to the shop from the character screen you should see it…

Note from Frostmourne, you can only transfer to other OCE servers, but all 3 of the other servers (Barthilias/Caelestrasz/Dath’Remar) are options.
