The guild I’m in Eternal Outcasts - thrall. raids Fri Sat 9-12 (midnight) est. were a bunch of 30-40 year olds for the most parts with a couple younger and couple older and we give off that vibe we are casual and competitive. Doing same content as you (2M bosses down, we would push more n raid but we had difficulty keeping 20 near Xmas. and about 2/3 of us play together on doing M+10 keys which took a few weeks to reach that goal. I try to make sure to get 8 a week). We’re pretty chill. You can see my logs if you wanna see our general raid composition. If u wanted to specifically run priest heals we do have holy and disc priest that don’t often miss a raid, unfortunately. But We also do want 1 more regular healer
Most of us get on sometime after work so the mornings are often not active except Saturday Sunday and Monday are more busy. Other than that u can find a group on nearly every night

What we are looking for?
Raiders that know their class, understand that standing in (Fire, acid, voids, spikes, DEATH HOLEs, ect…) is not conducive to staying alive. Folks that have a good attitude and a drive to progress!
History:
We have been around since The Burning Crusade in 2007, Many Dragons have been punched and many long lasting friends have been made.
We have had the same raid schedule from the start, we value and respect our raiders time. So we only raid 2 hours a night, and expect our team to be logged in consumes in hand and ready to pull on time.
We have a lot fun with each other while keeping it above bar when it comes to discrimination. This guild has become more than just a group of friends playing a game and more of a family. Do we rib each other? Of course!
That being said we have minimal drama and this Train keeps on moving down the track.
We always accept outstanding players who fit the guild.

Bunny Slippers Cult is a group of friendly misfit toys, looking to add to our AOTC focused raid team and Mythic+ teams. We raid Wed. 7-9 pm and Sat. 7-10 pm Est time. You may enjoy a guild like ours — small, close knit, but fun! We are a Pacific Time based guild and it seems there is a shortage of guilds on that coast. Currently we have 33 active members that make up roughly about ~120 characters (some are admitted altoholics!).
If raiding is what you’re looking for, we have several spots available on our Mythic raiding team, Olympians — they run on Wednesdays & Fridays from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific. Many of our folks from the Mythic team also run our Heroic raiding team, Prophets — on Tuesdays (with a mop up on Thursdays) from 8 PM. We also occasionally run an open PUG Normal raid on Sunday afternoons (Pacific Time).
Aside from raiding, we constantly run delves and dungeons and there are several M+ runners and M+ static teams in our guild to go through that journey. We are also a social guild and encourage everyone to participate in Discord (our guild chat isn’t as active admittedly, as is with most guilds) which is our main center for all our events! We host things like Cards Against Humanity, Truth or Dare, Pictionary, or TV/Movie watch parties too! There is always a few folks sitting in Discord to chat with too (mostly afternoons and evenings of course cuz we’re adults and work!), but not so many that it overwhelms.
