That’s how I felt when shamans became available to the alliance. Troll paladins are Prelates which the Zandalari have had in in game since MOP. You battle against them in the Throne of Thunder raid.

Well for all you alliance or horde leveling Zandalari alts, the Zanchuli Council is here for you. Focusing on leveling and creating a base Zandalari community. Perks include free 30 slot bags and 25g every 10 levels and rewards for being active. Just whisper a online member and join the family.

Take from "Aeminence-garrosh from the paladin forums.

“They are referred to as Paladins in-game only. They arn’t ‘real’ Paladins that come from the Belf/Human/Dwarf lore. They are similar to Sunwalkers in that they have aquired the ability to use the ‘light’ from their own cultural source.

As the game has grown the lore/background/foundation of the Paladin has unfortunately been muddied by the game to provide ‘balance’ between the two factions. Before, you were a crusading zealot of the ‘Light’, a power that not many really knew alot about. We learned via the Scarlet Crusade that you did not have to inherently be ‘good’ to use the power of the light but that you believe, in your heart of hearts, that what you are doing IS good. You were a devout Priest who took up arms to fight against the Undead scourge and Orcish Horde and used your faith along with martial skills to defend the weak, sick and dying on the frontlines with Knights and Footmen. Turalyon, one of the Paladins best, learned that the Orcish horde were without the Light and used this new revelation to empower himself and his army to defeat the Horde. Classic Light vs Dark. Good vs Evil. etc

The Draenei introduced the Naaru which were embodiments of the Light and gave the Draenei their power. The Sunwalkers worship An’she (Azeroths Sun) for their power and Legion introduced us to Night Elf Paladins using their faith in Elune to also grant them the same abilities.

So to summarize everything: The lore for Paladins have kind of branched everywhere. We learned more about the light and how it’s bended by other races to provide their own version of the Paladin. The Trolls will have their own reasons behind using Light magic.”

I have been leveling Mandarinfish and Magicfish, as well as Puffafeesh and Blenny if anyone needs help and I’m not on Rainfish.

Hey, I’m seeking to move from WRA to a smaller community on MG to help build it up, on my short, androgynous hunter male. What might be the best way to integrate myself into the community(or communities)? Any help would be appreciated. :slight_smile: His name will be Duskbloom on Moon Guard; a somewhat frail half-elf, weak of body, bone and magic but agile and slippery.

Once again the Zanchuli Council is here for you. My ultimate aim is to create an all troll guild that grows into a “safe” place so to speak for troll players with no pressure. Part of the reward system is a 30 slot bad and 25g every 10 levels. We have so much room to grow and I’m completely open to ideas, we have been slowly growing and I hope we can grow more. Just whisper any member online for an invite. This is a Zandalari guild first and foremost, all trolls are welcome though.
