LF a laid back raiding guild for Shadowlands

Hi. I have been playing WoW casually for the last 5 or so years. I am looking to finally expand my game into raiding. I am very tenacious and am a quick learner, so I feel as though I will adapt to the raiding environment quickly. Are there any guilds out there who would be willing to take me under their wing? I am sure that once I get acclimated to raiding I can prove to be a valuable asset to a raid team’s progression throughout Shadowlands.

I play RDPS and either faction works
