When I arrived in Hellfire Peninsula, I didn’t feel confident in my gear or experience tanking to run Ramps or Blood Furnace, so I leveled by questing instead. I understand that was not the most efficient path from an Honor Hold rep perspective, but I felt it was the better path for me. I’d like to avoid doing it again, though.

I was able to get to Honored with Cenarian Expedition through plant turn-ins before questing in Zangarmarsh.

I’m now level 64. I prefer a mix of questing and dungeons for leveling. Im a little reluctant to start Terrokar quests but I don’t believe I’m the right level yet for dungeons that give Lower City rep.

Am I too low to start Nagrand? Im not even sure which rep Nagrand’s quests give. Am I better off just dungeon spamming for a few levels (not my preferred way to play, but I also would like to avoid playing catch up on multiple reps at 70)?

Much like the Plant turn in for Cenarion, Lower City has the Arrakoa Feather turn in that works till Honored (More Feathers)

Lots of quests in terrokar give no rep. Just do those. Prob get a level out of it atleast. There’s mods that can tell you which quests give rep etc.

I did HFP and Zangar quests… with a few dungeon runs in between. That got me to 64ish… I barely touched Terrokar and did dungeons exclusively till 70…

I was revered with all the factions except Shatar at 68… got exalted with HH shortly after dinging 70… and when I hit 70 I got my flyer and started running Arc/Bot/Mech and was revered with Shatar in a handful of runs.

It’s nothing to stress about. Getting heroic keys is pretty easy… and I’ve got most of Terrokar plus Nagrand, BEM, SMV and Netherstorm left for gold quests. I did this on both my 70’s… I figure all those zones are worth 10k in gold quests… on each toon.

Thanks, all. I intend to proceed with more dungeon leveling, but I was hoping to be able to do some questing here and there when I have 20 -30 free minutes to spare without feeling like I’m making my rep grind harder in the long run. I have downloaded a couple addons that I hope will help and will also give Nagrand leveling a try (which doesn’t seem to have any major rep associated with it, unless I’m missing something).

My alt rush Nagrand at 64 to farm the resi gem. There are a lot of quest of “kill 30 of” and are easy to do. But overall, the rep is not a problem, you can always farm dungeons after you level cap.

IMO, don’t sweat the rep. You’ll be running dungeons for gear, anyway. The rep will come.

Have you done the Kurenai and Telredor quests in Zangarmarsh?

There’s plenty of them and they give non essential rep.

There’s Algerian Stronghold as well. Just don’t do any quests where the quest giver has ‘Lower city’ below their name.
