Leveled Allied race, don't have Hertitage Armor and Achievement

I leveled this character in Pandaria Remix. I do not have the associated Heritage Armor or Achievement. All the other Allied Races I leveled in Remix do have their associated Armor and Achievement. Is there a way for it to be granted?
