I just transferred my 83 Deathknight “Limeseltzer” character from US Faerlina to US Whitemane.
My character is level 83 with only 18 talent points.
I have and I had to leave Kalimdor to be able to Gate to Ebon Hold.
Ebon Hold was in a different ‘phase’ like i hadnt completed the quests. I was able to accept the low level quest , The Battle For The Ebon Hold.
It had me kill some abominations and Patchwork inside of Ebon Hold. Then next step was to take the portal to Org. Spoke with the Warchief, and i became friendly again with Orgrimmar. And im not silenced.
It sounds like a quest completion credit issue which, if im now phased past those quests in the zone, how do I unlock my full talent points?
Any help please<3

This kinda sounds like a display issue. I would start with a proper full UI reset. To do this you will need to: rename your cache, WTF, and interface folders. You must be logged out of the game to do this.

If UI reset doesn’t help, I’d see what happens if you level up. Maybe that’ll kick whatever is stuck.

This happened to me also, just transferred and am lvl 85 with 20 talent points lol

I don’t have any updates, but these reports are being looked into.
It does appear that you may have an additional issue, Furion, in that you attempted to delete/undelete the character and now cannot undelete it - I’m going to see what can be done.
Just for future reference, this is not generally a viable troubleshooting step and we recommend against doing so.

Same situation as Furion after a server transfer and faction change on Death Knight. Lvl 85 and only showing 20 talent points (did not delete or undelete). Went through full UI reset and removed (deleted all mods) still no dice

I did try deleting my 83 Deathknight Limeseltzer US Whitemane, and was unable to restore him because of another deathknight I had already on US Whitemane.
It seems transfering him to the server bypassed the restriction of having 1x Deathknight.
But I did delete my original Deathknight , and was able to restore my 83 Deathknight fortunately.
He still only has 18 talent points at this time.
