Level 60 token not showing up

Just got back into the game, bought epic edition since it comes with game time, I want to us the lvl 60 boost for an undead necromancer but it’s not showing up

Yeah I tried it a few times & no luck, even double checked to make sure I bought the right edition

Unfortunately, so is the support forum.
Pretty sure if it’s bugged it’s going to need a ticket to fix it.
