Level 60 character boost not showing on account after completed purchase?

Just pre-ordered Dragonflight Epic Edition and I do not see the boost on my account. How long should it take to show up?

It can take a little time to process, Nate. As long as the purchase itself has been completed you should be fine. Give it a few hours, make sure you have logged out completely and logged back in.

I bought the expansion on the 3rd. Still no boost. Now what? I was talking to a friend who bought it before did and he never got it either.

The base edition of the pre-purchase doesn’t come with a character boost. Only the Heroic and Epic versions do.

I can see the boost on the account, so it does appear to be there. Can you try resetting your password? That should force the account to update so that it can hopefully display the boost for you.

I cannot. This is not a contact point for direct help. You’d need to submit a ticket, but luckily it seems you don’t need to as it showed up.
