Is this intended? I mean I am stuck in the BfA Mt Hyjal, and I wanted to tame the Cata Mt Hyjal spirit beasts. Sadly I am a 50, and was a boost…so without changing my timeline, I am totally frustrated and unable to do this. Any help would be great, thank you!
First, you have to complete the Mt. Hyjal questline up through Aessina’s Miracle. Then you need to do the quests that unlock the Firelands daily questing area. Once you’ve got that unlocked, you’ll be in the phase where Ban’thalos and the spirit cats are.
This isn’t a change, by the way. It’s how that zone has worked since the Firelands patch, when those rares were added.

It is not showing me any quests, in that zone at all. I only see Magni in the main inn, so I am sorry but you are wrong. I am a boosted 50, aka 120 so I have done 0 of the content.
I had to log a second account, and use a level 48 to party sync with to gain access to the old Mt Hyjal. This is what I see now when grouped, with party sync.
Clearly this is not an issue of “you don’t know what you are talking about” on my part, as you can clearly see what I had to do to gain access to the quests in Cata Mt Hyjal. So I am asking for help, and you just are responding without any care to check into it. So please, if you do have some advice…I would be happy for it, but know I will fact check your info.
Maybe it could be due to your character needing to complete some Heart of Azeroth quests first? You could check and see if you can complete A Fresh Trauma’s storyline.

You’re right! I forgot about the heart quest there. Once that’s done, then you’ll be able to do the things I mentioned before to unlock the correct phasing.

Yes, this solved my issue as well. Now I’m phased for Cata in Hyjal.
Its better to start a new thread then necro a thread 2yrs old sometimes the info changes sometimes it doesnt but its better to start a new thread.
