Are they still available? Not seeing them in the shop. I was thinking of starting a few and deciding after I got some characters up to level 20 whether I wanted to bump them up.
Yep! Starter accounts are still very much a thing.
Just scroll down to the “already have a WoW account” portion.

I clicked through and it kept trying to charge me. But when I hit the back button I saw the new accounts were there. Thanks!
