They don’t report every bug they fix on patch note highlights, they just do on the shadow, unless it’s big like an important quest or instance.
Class balance? they did nerf the top specs and buffed other weak ones, with more on the horizon, as the patch isn’t fully released on the first day of the PTR build .-. what are you talking about? covenant legendaries added, and still, the first build of the PTR isn’t the entire patch. You see only a couple classes have covenant legendaries, and not all covenants of certain classes (like warrior kyrian)? yeah those will be added over time… Andy
