With so many WW monks in WFR I am sure blizzard will nerf WW monk very soon. Remember Brew and WW monk is the red hair child in blizzard’s eye and don’t deserve to be the best. It was fun while it lasted.

Right now WW are topping the logs so a small nerf might be justified, or they could just have their moment (because its been a long time since they were good in raids).
I just hope that if there is a nerf, its to the tier set bonus and not the base spec. A nerf to the spec would be too much and a simple adjustment of the damage bonus on the tier would be enough to balance it out without hurting us in the long term.

Blizz doesn’t tune with the knobs they created, they hammer nails. With any luck they’ll use a small hammer.

Monks don’t need to be nerfed. Blizz just happened to design the raid the benefited monks and fire mages the most. Monks perform appropriately in M+.

the amount of things that could be cheesed with transcendence – or even was so improperly tuned that transendence/blink was necessary – is staggering.
I mean, mugzee basically requires mages/monks in order to deal with the gaols. Alter Time/Transendence is needed on Gallywix because how else are you going to dunk the orbs.
Mistweavers putting out 300k-400k more DPS than other healers was also huge. By having 3 monk healers they were effectively adding an additional DPS to the group, same with using a Prot Warrior.

Insanely long CDs to do meaningful ae damage.
Ie ret only needs to press divine storm governed by a always full holy power
Assassin rogue only needs to pop that one vial looking skills that is vastly over tuned, so it looks like the crank because that 1 skillndoes more damage in 1 pull than any other class
Sub and outlaw have crazy ae kits.
Arms and fury are super in ae.
Our skills looks good on paper, but you have to be a 1% ER to always top mplus meters.
We need fists to do 50% more damage to be not a meme.

If that is cleave padding, I don’t see how monk will get nerfed. Also, is monk more reliant on the trash staying alive longer? As time goes on they will drop.
Literally I see Mages and Enhancement Shamans screaming to nerf the hell out of them.
Not a question of if, but when. Whiners always win.

Warrior are different because their skills are always there for ae.padding.
Ww monks are gated for ae damage by skill CDs.
And the graph posted about ww monks on top are as I stated for st onlin mplus we are very blaise
Unfortunately for monks, some specs/classes are not allowed to be good. The moment a monk feels the sunlight stormcloud blizz will slap them down so mages don’t feel threatened.
