Except that the automated system bans first, and is reviewed by a GM for legitimacy. 1 minute of an unjust ban is not okay.

That is a foolish example and in no way feasible. The bans are reviewed before action can be taken. A name isn’t auto released, a ban doesn’t become auto permanent…

Please stop agreeing with my opinion which is obviously correct, superior to others, and backed by absolutely 0 evidence. The fact that blizzard is implementing a click report feature in order to minimize tickets is indicative of people abusing the ticket system, if people abused a ticket system you don’t think they’ll click report every person they dislike?

How about this, implement a click to report feature, BUT if you are found to be abusing the system and reporting people who are doing absolutely nothing wrong YOU will be punished.

I imagine a single wayward false report wouldn’t be punished, but Blizzard says they punish people who misuse the system.

What people still don’t like about it is the “guilty until proven innocent” nature of how it works once you get enough reports to trigger the automated system.
