In 2.3 more quests are added an elite mobs are no longer elite because the truth is even by tbc leveling was dead for the most part, I leveled my first toon during this time, other than horde rouges I seldom saw other players around my level, just horde gankers. I guess at the end of the day the pvp guys are upset they can’t gank anymore
So my experience being better because of boosts effects yours or someone who likes the leveling process? I listened to MadSeason’s video, because I like mad season… but he’s so worried about, “the new player experience”, “slippery slope of the cash shop!”, “it’s not what the game was meant for!” the problem with these arguments… they’re all optional, if me boosting effects you, that’s YOUR PROBLEM, not mine. Players today aren’t the same ones from the vanilla days. You also have players who LOATH vanilla but loved TBC… and honestly people want the end-game, they wanna raid, high level dungeon and PVP, the leveling process is an after thought. Some remember it fondly… but the majority of people I’ve seen outside the classic purists, didn’t. So if your experience is effected, that’s your problem.
Oh and Mad’s bot argument… LOL, awful.

Don’t like it ? Don’t use it. So it won’t affect your experience. If it do, then it’s your problem.
Quit during TBC, fine with boosts. Ain’t gonna use one either but I am still fine with it.
Why do you all assume it is retail people that are okay with or want boosts?
Also I don’t remember seeing a single thread asking for level 58 boosts until blizzard offered it as an option.
So no, this isn’t people demanding blizzard cater to them, this is blizzard offering something and people saying “huh yeah, I like that”
The projection is real in that you are demanding blizzard cater to you while accusing other people of doing the same.

Just asking since you are throwing figures at the wall. Oh, and it would be $60 not $50. Don’t ever remember any service being only $50.

If Classic weren’t “classic,” I’d say you might be on to something. However, this game is pretty old. Between the 6 years of pre-Cataclysm time, 2 years of Classic time and however long private servers have been around, it’s probably safe to say that folks have been through the leveling experience at least once, and probably know enough about their classes.

Well 1 therea no tier, but plenty of people pay to get carried through content in retail. And theres a convenient way to spend real money to get the currency to pay for thise carries.
Anybody who refuses to play without a boost shouldn’t play at all.
