Wonder why the Classic threads shut down after about a month of no replies but here on retail you can come back even as much as almost a decade later and still reply.
8 Is the old you can necro. Any before that will get you the old and original forum system which have all been shut down now and can no longer be access. not even on. this site. You can still look at threads even from 2004, but no one can comment on any of those. They were all moved to a different site.

When I get that “Hey we’d love to have you in our guild!” spam from people who have no idea how I play, I gladly join!
Then I look to see if they were dumb enough to give me bank access. If so, I take put whatever I can, then quit. If I don’t have access, I just quit.
Granted, I have only been given access 5 or 6 times out of 100+ invites, but hey, it’s worth it!

most of the time i just search “a”, check “matching in title only”, and posted before date xxxx

They could start by getting rid of that addon that just invites random people.
I remember the mega guilds used it pretty heavily. Inviting hundreds at a time.
Can’t you block guild invites in the settings?
