The lack of cosmetic options for a Dracthyr is squarely on Blizzard’s lack of drive to allow them to wear proper armor and mogs. To this day I still don’t understand why they were so recalcitrant to just give them full armor compatibility. They did it for Worgen back then.
The mistake in regards to Evoker is trying to somehow tie an entire race to a singular class, which is itself a stupid idea. Races aren’t hiveminds, and we know all Dracthyr aren’t Evokers.
Or gave an option to pick some other visage form. Night elf, blood elf, human… gnome.
If they do, I sincerely hope it will be better. Some of the shoulders and helmets… Dear god.

They should have allowed players to pick their visage form race, honestly. But I guess that would have taken some more effort.
