You don’t know that, story can change,if Chromie is possible, then so is Wranduin.
All present lore says he’s straight. Hes only ever shown interest in women.
And just because chromie uses a female mortal form doesn’t tell us whom he likes to snu snu. Nothing in the lore tells us chromie has sexual or romantic feelings for anyone.
The dragons can use whatever mortal form they want.

Then he can’t be a king. And the setup blizz has done with tealia is wasted. Even if he where to be bisexual later. He would still need hiers from a women to keep sw from civil war. He would still need a political marriage. Which he says he doesn’t want.
Having multiple spouses is really out of character for him. It would be really forced.
Instead of trying to make already established characters fit your requests make new characters.
FYI nothing would change if they make Anduin bisexual, him being interested in Draenei is still valid and canon.

It doesn’t work. Hes never had sexual interest in wrath nor does that give him hiers of noble birth for sw.
Even if wrath was a girl it wouldn’t work.

There is a fan base with an obsession with a affective romance between Anduin and Wrarhion.
And I don’t blame them.
A blond prince and a tanned black dragon, is the dream of consumption of these people eager for a steamy romance.
A grimy goblin and a sweaty orc would never have the same appeal.

And yet he died with an unrequited love for a certain strapping Orc. 
Based off marrads short he pretty clearly loathed the orcs. And regretted giving into vengence on dreanor. By abandoning civilains to get revenge. He failed those that needed him most.
There are alot of people that support this even in this thread, and Anduin xWrathion pairing has been the top 3 or even the most popular gay pairing in WOW, i’d rather we got a big representation rather than the subtle one (the worst one being the one that is written in the book and never shown in the game).
Which helps lend credence to his fling with that strapping orc being a better love story than Romeo and Juliet. It’s all about overcoming adversity, realizing they are not so different, and forgiveness. He even says “In the Light we are one” showing in his heart he knew he was one with the Orc. Still brings a tear to my eyes.
Its sad they thought they were going to die on a suicide mission to Dreanor, but it brought them together.
It wouldn’t mske sense in the lore. It would come off as jarring and unbelievable.
The way in which the games universe works presently would have to change completely. Which again would be really jarring and nonsensical.
The writing has to actually make sense. At least enough for the audience to acccept it.
If anduin became bisexual and had wrath as a side lover. But married a human noble girl for politics you could do that. But then it would be out of character for him to accept a harem or a political marriage. And wrath never said he has romantic feelings for anduin ever.
He was talking to yrel. There was never a connection between durotan and marrad. And durotans married.
Doesn’t mean it should.

But yeah, he was talking to Yrel because he knew she’d need to work with the Orcs some day and wanted to let her know he understood as he had become one with his Orc bf. Honestly, it was a great set up to what came at the end of the expac with all of them and Archimond.
Are you referring to grom? He shoulda been left tied up and tortured well we watched and ate popcorn. And as far as we know from the brown orc quest. Yrel is not friendly anymore. But we never got her side of the story.
