If you unlocked a 310% speed mount you should be to be able to get or buy a book that lets all your other mounts become the same speed. It makes no sense that if you want to fly around the world quickly you are locked into a handful of mounts when there is alot of cool new mounts in wrath.
Why be mad it takes you a little longer to get somewhere when you can look like a badass doing it?

Oh, is this currently how it works? On PServers, having 1 310% makes all mounts 310%

Possibly just to encourage cash shop sales to unlock 310% though

In retail for a long time your mounts speed was based on your fastest possible speed. All your 60% ground mounts will move at 100% and your slow flyers will move at 310%
Ok… but not in Wrath which is what we are talking about here.
