I’m sorry, Combustible, but they did not instruct you to post here. What they said was:

“I would encourage you to voice your concerns on the forum threads you linked, since that is the best way to provide feedback to our developers.”

The threads you linked were in the Bug Report Forum as well as the Seasons of Discovery forum. Please note, this is not considered a bug. The items appear to have been removed in connection to Bug Exploitation. Customer Support has no involvement in the process and cannot assist.

leading up to the most recent CS rep basically threatening to outright ban my account if I responded to the ticket again.

Including the last ticket, that would be 5 tickets on the same subject matter that you received an (or the same) answer on. At a certain point they have the right to warn you of abusing the ticket system as there are others who need help too.
