Maybe, I don’t even care if they remove the rewards/ no rewards for it. I wanna run mage tower again with my legion artifact traits as it was originally designed.

nah they didnt bring back CM sets for mop remix. they wont do it for legion remix appearances.

For doing it the OG way, you’d likely have to wait for Legion Classic when/if it comes.
I didnt even realize that… ive all the sets I want minus dk but that makes me sad and I wasn’t sad… thank you for that

Nothing carries over sadly…
It would have been fun to unlock stuff the old way which then shows up in retail. But Blizzard decided nope, they are holding on to the stuff that the 1% got in the past.

People also thought they would never do player housing. Anything is possible.
well not according to recent history considering remix. player housing has been in dev for a long time.
the devs stated CM sets would not come back and they didnt. why would that magically change for legion remix?
also; they never said no housing. as far back as shadowlands ion has said its not off the table but it would be an expansion development and not a patch

Tho MoP Remix brought back a ton of time limited stuff from then.
Legendary back appearances, Mini Mana Bomb, Theramore tabard and Garrosh Heirlooms. All of which were time limited or FoS items.
While i don’t desire the MT appearances (and I recall a post like 3 years ago blue post on that they wouldn’t bring it back, when they released Fel Bear), given the recent events I wouldn’t put it past the realm of possibilities.

CM sets was the only thing they did not bring back, and also i think they removed the ahead of the curve mount before remix launched
safe to say legion remix will bring all but the mage tower appearances back.

thats what blizzard calls stuff like CM , elite sets, and mage tower appearances. prestige items. oh and ahead of the curve mounts / cutting edge
basically anything that gets removed cause of the challenging way it was obtained
for example. mage tower was brought back but unless its in classic environment, the content scaling is vastly different and our powers / way of playing the game is vastly different so the challenge isnt the same and can never be the same. thus, eliminating the possibility of bringing the appearances back. those were earned then, at that time.
same with elite sets. earned in a different meta
am i against them coming back? nope. i own 2 and i want them all on trading post. but that will never happen and theyll never come back another way.
unless i play legion classic in 2 years

From what I understand didn’t they basically let Mage Tower be a freebie cause they were introduced in the Broken Shore patch but not upscaled for Antorus?
Honestly i feel likewise. I think Blizzard has addressed a lot of the desire anyway that people wanted. They can get Werebear, they can get flails and there is still a class set they can get from doing current MT challenge. I will given legion classic a go too. I play a hunter on cata classic that I’m working on ‘current’ achives for.

well funnily enough i was in LFR antorus gear and i still died 200 times on outlaw rogue mage tower and a bunch more times on my paladin. those were hard earned for me.

You definitely have more experience than me. I started in Shadowlands so most of what people desire and are asking for are beyond my understanding. I wish I discovered WoW earlier.
To me personally I think WoD stuff was good, anything before WoD feels very low-poly and old.
I tried mage tower about a week ago got like one shot and never did it again.
Mage tower scary.
i started end of wod and when legion hit, all the wod stuff looks pixelated and horrid
hellfire citadel mythic stuff seriously looks dated when you take a gander at nighthold sets. night and day visual difference.
