How many precise changes are there in legion content in 10.2.7? Like how big or small are the changes?

Most “changes” will probably be bugs inadvertently introduced during changes to something else.
Suramar, Telogrus Rift, and Dalaran have received updates. Screenshots are floating around twitter, but if you can’t get on the ptr to check for yourself, WoWhead will likely have articles on all of it soon.

Most likely with a separate article for each individual change. They really love flooding their own front page these days.

I’d already be happy if they fixed the bug that prevents my vulpera shaman from getting past stage 7 of the Legion intro scenario. That bug was added at some point in March.

Also be nice if they fixed the quest where you use Farondis to save yourself. Scaling destroyed that quest and makes it almost impossible, because breaking things is what scaling does best.

I think they are witches, maybe we need to do some testing to resolve this.
Whachoo you talking about Willis??? I quest through there all the time with zero issues. Was just there maybe one or two weeks ago. I play lots of alts and Legion is one of my go to expansions.
The Broken Shore scenario right? You can just skip it if you’ve done it before.
You can talk to Holgar Stormaxe (the orc riding on the wolf just outside Orgrimmar. The one the Chromie / the command board takes you to) and he should let you go straight to dalaran on the Broken Isles.
Yes, it’s bizarre to me to create 30 articles for something that can be covered with just one. I don’t disagree with the creation of articles (nice attempt to twist what I said btw), I disagree with, as I put it, them flooding their own website with essentially spam, making it hard to even see everything they’re trying to talk about.

Yes, where the group would normally move over to Tirion - it just stalls there and nothing happens. Unfortunately I haven’t done it before on a Horde character, so the skip isn’t available. I’d probably not have noticed any time soon, but the character’s Dalaran hearthstone is also not working, and if I go manually to Dalaran, I can’t start the class quest. The wind elemental greets me and takes me to Thrall who has an urgent message, but no quest.

Completed that scenario several times before on different characters when Legion was current content. Didn’t get a skip option when talking to the quest npc with this character. Scenario locks up when the encounter with the demon that kills Tirion starts. Work around is if you have the broken isles flight path heirloom, is to take portal to Azuna, and just take fp to Dalaran. The artifact weapon quest should popup after a minute or two. Worked for me anyhow.
Dang. The skip was the only thing I can think of other than just flying there (which you said doesn’t work) so I don’t know any other solutions to the problem other than just waiting and hoping blizz fixes it.
You still need to do the intro before the dalaran hearthstone works. Same for the Garrison hearthstone.
Maybe you need to have done it after the skip was added? Not sure, but I know there is one. I’ve used it before multiple times trying to get all the class mounts
