I’m trying to think of some valid reason relating to the story and lore of druids that would make sense for us to wield axes…
No luck so far… wait, I have an idea, can we replace the word “Axe” with “Staff” and in the “Use” area, replace “swing” with “cast”? That would solve all druid problems.
Call me crazy but the reason this probably doesn’t happen is because of blizzard bene’s. They don’t want the top few guilds to be put in a position where they can’t solely benefit heavily from things like splits making the race more of a potential wild card.
It should be OP, its a legendary. Whoever is lucky enough to get it should have a huge advantage over everybody else.
I hope a Warrior and Ret get one each and send 10 Demon Hunters to the nearest spirit healer…
It should be OP not only do you have to deal with 1% drop rates if you get it then you have to spend 1m gold on mats to do the quest.

Can only imagine the sweat lords using them… gives me chills really. The carnage they will unleash in PvP alone makes it worth it…
Technically you have since you got a Sark kill after Mythic Sark was killed in the NA region.
Or take a page from Bungie’s book and item level cap it for a week or two. That is what Bungie does whenever a new raid comes out. Caps out your Light level to 20 under the min for the raid for the first 48 hours. Although Destiny 2 raids are a lot shorter and less mechanically intense then mythic WoW raids. Those are more of a puzzle that you have to solve and damage on the boss is the reward. I would think max heroic raid ilvl (so 4/6 hero track, as 5/6 and 6/6 hero = myth 1/4 and myth 2/4 respectively) should be fine.
No you can’t lol. Isn’t available til next week
Im in NA so apparently not even until mythic Fyrakk is downed on our side of the pond, then the next reset after that…
Oh well

And it will be useless in a years time because reasons.
And oh great it’s a on-use effect… Yay not like we didn’t need more buttons.
My favorite part in all this is there’s so many Paladins who think it’s a 100% drop chance off any difficulty.

It is good to see that they have finally made a legendary LEGENDARY once again. Not these weaksauce throw away orange items that get replaced by an epic in the next patch.
People back in the day used to use legos well into the next expac. They need to be few and far between, difficult to get and extremely powerful just as they once were.
I can’t even sniff a ret pally on the meters as a warrior.
They absolutely clap in m+. Divine storm is broken

They tend to fall off extremely hard as gear improves and their AoE comes at a gigantic price since it’s like a quarter of their single-target.
Warrior has very high AoE damage as well (thanks to the Fury 4pc heavily incentivizing Odyn’s Fury which is uncapped) and Fury in particular loses nearly no single-target damage to do good AoE.
Ret’s not total garbage whatsoever, but to say it’s amazing is factually incorrect. In ST situations it’s strictly inferior to both Warrior specs and in AoE situations it’s just an inferior Outlaw Rogue or Havoc DH (and is still kinda just about as good as a Warrior in those situations as well) that does no single-target.
You just have no reason to run a Ret Paladin right now, really. Other specs, including other Strength specs, can do what it specs into just as well while providing more of the other damage profile it can’t spec into.
Well Liquid just killed it so you’re in luck!
Legendary weapons are suppose to be OP.
Idk I don’t think they are bad. There are 3 specs / classes which are super overtuned.
Havic, outlaw, and mage.

Most classes that use the legendary does seem to be balanced with it in mind. Currently warriors, dks and ret are middle if not bottom on a lot of stuff.
That’s the bad thing with DF legendaries, you’re not really doing more damage with it compared to other classes. Your class is just nerfed without it. That’s the same that happened with hunters in season 1.
That’s what happened with people that could use gavel in Sepulcher.
