No, but they do have the data on what the price trends are on the items and that most of those mats have been expensive. (especially since these mats are shared cross server encompassing all of NA)

That is absolutely the wrong advice. Do not rush out to buy the mats while the prices are inflated - especially if you donât have the axe to actually make use of them. The prices will largely only drop over time.

BTW I added it up and the current price of the mats is 491,800, without the Cosmic Ink.
Cosmic Ink is usually around 10g, although itâs spiking right now because of the higher price of Awakened Frost.
Blizzard really needs to do something about Awakened Frost, itâs skyrocketed in the last couple weeks to 400g per. Meanwhile Awakened Fire is hovering around 70g.
Putting Awakened Frost in the new healing potion recipe was a big mistake.

Still about 475k more than what it should be. I donât mind if we need to pay 20k gold (one time) for a vendor item (like with Fangs and Dragonwrath being 10k and 9k respectively).
But having it require alot of crafting mats is just a bad idea.

Meh. Iâve got a good chunk of this stuff just lying around. And some of it is expensive but easy to farm, like the Spores.
Anyway, guilds will pool together to help craft them.
Which is great for those who raid in guilds but alot of people just pug nowadays and arenât in a guild. Though guilds likely wonât help alts that arenât on the raid team who get it.
one of my favorite things to do in WoW is make gold. Itâs not hard right now. late-expansion it can be but early in a patch is trivial. I made close to 1mil in last 2 weeks just casually doing my thing.
Itâs beyond me. Iâm broke.
