Hello,
Where may I find information on Legacy armor?
~ I did the Legacy armor on my Blood Elf but I want to find more info on other races, please.
~ I did try to Google before writing here and I did visit Wowhead but I still feel confused.
~ Do some races have it or do they all have it?
~ Where do I start the others if they have them and are there requirements, etc?

Only the Blood Elves and Dwarfs currently have Heritage armor (aside from the allied races):
If you have a dwarf, you can look up that specific quest line on WowHead

Tauren and Gnome should be getting heritage armor in 8.2
