10 per day is a ton (I tend to not even run that many keys in a day,) the blue post mentioned though it was a seasonal count and we don’t know how long his account had been doing keys, or if that was an exceptional day.
I hope we get some more information from other players to at least get a base line going for people.
After the new ban wave, I always inspect every dps when I join a mythic plus group on my tank.
(If I’m on my dps character, I don’t care because I can carry a weekly vault +10 - but my tank needs solid dps to assist with the group or it will be a very miserable time).
If there is someone undergeared, I leave group before key is started so I don’t feel trapped in a carry group.
This whole thing just made it even less likely that tanks will want to pug keys (when we already had an increased shortage due to the tank nerfs - when we already had a tank shortage before that).
It’s unfortunate but now we have to gear check and vet every member of every group we join.
The rules are in place for leaving multiple dungeons. There is now criteria. As long as you are not constantly doing this, there is nothing to be concerned about. Run with guildies. Look up their score. That will help.
Is there an addon that scans scores? If not, that should definitely be a thing.
Anyway, hope you find some good groups. Cheers!
Nor I.
Still scare tactics whether you or I care or not.
Hence the context you replied to. People are too scared to leave groups now, which is why OP was held hostage for 40mins doing something he didn’t want to do.
So clearly the scare tactics worked on people.
Devils advocate… why did you join a 12 with a clearly inexperienced player? Part of the leaver problem is people join keys that will obviously struggle and bail when things start to go bad. You can see every members IO and inspect them before the key starts.
They’re sending me unwanted and unhelpful notifications today as well.
They’re clearly just trolling as that’s their primary personality trait from what I remember of the name.
