Make m+ gear 13 ilvls lower in raid and pvp and raid gear 13 ilvls lower in m+ and pvp.

I would love a system where you could turn things in for gear in raids.
Like we have the coin system now but imagine it was better. Full clear of a raid gives you enough currency for 2 pieces to pick from and an upgrade token for that difficulty if applicable.
The raid and M+ vault be seperate so you pick a piece from M+ AND the raid AND pvp so you can choose 1 for all 3 play styles.
Gearing shouldn’t feel like a chore it should feel good to run something and get a piece. It keeps you doing the content and when you get enough gear, you go onto other characters.
Just make M+ drop static, non-upgradable loot. Give the raids the upgradable loot. Adjust ilevels a little to make the raids the more rewarding loot drops and call it a day. Dungeons should not give better rewards than raids.

Man this game has been on a rollercoaster with subs since Wrath. Down in Cata, up in MoP down in WoD up in Legion. Their subs are all over the place.

Wrong, I don’t count the blip spikes at the start of an expansion the trend is continually losing subs.

You want more players? Stop catering to maybe 15% of the player base who boringly wants to run on the gearing up hamster wheel.
