I’m starting to feel like the best case scenario is Sylvanas limps away, angrily shaking her fist, and we all go do something else for awhile. Even better if it ends with Tyrande deciding that’s not enough.
But I doubt that’ll happen.

hot take here, but if that ‘Hero’ leak is true, but both void and blood elf players should get kael’thas
he’s seen both factions and would be a neat way to bridge the gap and still acknowledge that quel’thalas is home to the ren’dorei (and quel’dorei) just as much as lor’themars loyalists
failing that, high astromancer solarian is fascinating as a choice
one of the high generals of the sunfury army siding with the alliance (even as a ghost and even so potentially seeing the political developments across azeroth) is potentially a super interesting plot point and RP hook

the blood elf hero will be ghost lorash (ghorash) and his questline will involve listening to his poetry and escorting him to azeroth’s version of hot topic

and his model is some hideous halfway transformed abomination of an elf because he is somehow both a Blood Elf yet old enough to remember the exodus to Eversong.

Sylvanas will join Helya or become some Other sort of Death figure so that players of both factions have the pleasure of interacting with her via Nathanos.
